Most people who try building muscle tend to not train long enough. You will want to try to lift weights at least 3 to 4 times a week. For muscles to grow they need resistance or stress put on them. If you work fewer than three days a week the chances of muscle growing is also reduced as well. Drink
plenty of water as well especially during and after workouts. Water helps to burn body fat and helps you maintain a lean body. Always remember that the body burns more calories when drinking cold water than any other type.
If you want your muscles to grow you must let them rest. Many people overwork their muscles without rest and this can be a real problem. Muscles need time to rebuild themselves and the best way to do that is with plenty of rest. If you want your muscles to grow and see results when you do a workout, push yourself hard. Many times, we take it too easy and see very little muscle growth. Push yourself hard and you will be surprise at the quicker growth you will see. Working with a partner is something that you should also consider. By working with someone else, they can help motivate you and get you through your tough workouts. Follow some of these tips and you can start seeing excellent results.

My muscles not gained..
How i gained our muscles?
So Ive started lifting weights for somewhere around 11 weeks recently after taking a long time break and have, noticed that I amassed 10 lbs to my weight. The weight lifting is right correct 4 week split. My eating is 95% proper. So I have a question. Is the muscle I gained good progress for the first part of my 11th week know that I dont use Creatine??
