Bodybuilding breakfast meal


Here are some good bodybuilding breakfast meals for providing the nutrients, protein and essentials for muscle growth.

Poached egg and homemade salsa

Coconut oil
Three free range chicken eggs
Homemade salsa

Poach eggs using coconut oil in poacher apply homemade salsa to eggs

Banana Coconut and Raisin Porridge

Banana
¼ cups of raisins
¼ cup of oatmeal
½ cup of oatmeal
1 to 3 tablespoons of coconut oil

Cook oatmeal in purified water. Use 1 ½ cups of water per ½ cup oatmeal. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Add raisins and turn down heat and simmer for two minutes. Add coconut oil then remove from the stove and add sliced banana.

Papaya Slices

Papaya sliced to preferred size chunks

Lemon

Slice papaya and squeeze lemon juice on it

Poached Eggs and Grilled Mushrooms

Eggs
Coconut oil
Mushrooms

Poach eggs using coconut oil and grill mushrooms using coconut oil. Put the mushrooms on top of the eggs and enjoy. You could also add some spices of your choice as well.
