Arnold Schwarzenegger nicknamed the “Austrian Oak” is the most famous bodybuilder of all time who helped make bodybuilding into a professional sport.

Arnold Schwarzenegger first began weight-training at the age of fifteen and his passion for bodybuilding grew rapidly from there. He won his first Mr Universe competition at age 22 and went on to win seven Mr Olympia competitions in his career. Schwarzenegger then went on to gain worldwide fame as a movie star in Hollywood action films.

Arnold has remained a prominent face in the bodybuilding sport long after his retirement.

    I would really like to start training. I am 14 too but I have no idea what workouts to do and how often to do them. Can anyone help me? I’d really appreciate it.

    If you really want to get inspired, check out the dvd of Arnold’s early years. He had an amazing body even at 19 and 20 years old, a physique unseen for that time.

    well just have a good diet no junk food eat meat and fruit and all that dont over do it or you will waste away your muscles if your doing real heavy weights dont do that much reps or sets and have a good workout routine and drink plenty of water. Hope I helped

    Ive been lifting for a very long time, im in 10th grade and I started when I was in football in 8th grade, my arms dont grow much but hell, I sure do pack a punch…. my goal is to be just like Arnold! He has always been my role model, I have watched just about every single movie he has made. He has been my role model since about 6th grade
