Top Female Muscle Builders

Female muscle builders, or body builders, are slowly gaining respect that is due in this sport. Since its inception in 1970, female body building has been frowned upon with comments of it being unnatural or wrong. Today, females enjoy the same competitions as men and many of the titles have had a female component added to them as well. Females and males do not compete against one another in official competitions however.

The following is a list of some of the top female muscle builders in the world. Iris Kyle, USA; Dayana Cadeau, Canada; Annie Rivieccio, USA; Bonny Priest, USA; Lisa Aukland, USA; Betty Pariso, USA; Yaxeni Oriquen-Garcia, Venezuela; Helen Bouchard, Canada; Gayle Moher, USA; Jitka Harazimova, Czech Republic. There are many more female muscle builders that could be mentioned. There are also many different styles of female body building that are used, each with its own specific category.

Many body builders use steroids and other chemicals to help them achieve their muscle tone and build. For women, there is a competitive category called Natural Body Building. This category involves using only supplements and nutrition and usually a personal trainer to help them achieve the muscled look that they are striving for. Natural body builders have it a bit harder because they are not allowed to use steroids or other chemicals but must rely on their body’s natural ability to build muscle and burn fat for the overall toned and muscled look that will help them win the competition.

Natural body building is gradually taking over. Instead of the over-muscled look that many have obtained, the look leans more toward a toned, defined look instead of huge muscles all over the body. A natural look is what is looked for, not the enormous muscles that we look for in men’s competitions.

yo i need a little help with creativity. i want to have very big ab muscles. i already have a decent set id say, but yea the thing is im having trouble find a workout thats works me good. i do it all, weighted crunches, i use 30 pounds, and 65 pounds. i do hanging leg raises and hanging crunches with weights on my ankles on, i do dragon flags with the ankle weights, i run, i pretty much do anything i can think of, and nothing really challenges me anymore, so i get really bored, like i can do workouts with weights that normal people cant do without weights, so please help me out if you know any super challenging workouts please tell me. thank you :)
